Clusters of deep blue ½" bell-shaped flowers rising above mounds of fernlike foliage from April through June, deeply divided leaves 4-8" long are quite handsome in & of themselves & will persist through the summer if moisture is sufficient, self seeds, prefers rich well-drained soil, good Rain Garden plant.
