Many-flowered Agrimony

Arching spikes of small yellow flowers from late July through October, compound leaves with many toothed leaflets giving an almost fern-like appearance, self sows readily, host plant for the specialist Agrimony Anacampsis Moth (Anacampsis agrimoniella) and a Tischeriid moth (Coptotriche agrimoniella), interesting cut flower.

1-5 foot tall (though plants here never seem to get much more than 2-3 foot tall)
